The flooring is done with vitrified tiles in living, dining, bedrooms, and kitchen. The toilets, balconies, and utility areas have anti-skid ceramic tiles.
The main door is made of teak wood frame with OST shutter, while other doors are made of hardwood frames with flush shutters. The apartments have powder-coated aluminum sliding doors with glass panels for balconies. The windows have powder-coated aluminum frames with safety grills, and there is provision for mosquito mesh.
The kitchen is fitted with a granite counter with stainless steel sink and drainboard. There is a 2-feet dado above the kitchen platform in ceramic tiles.
